THE CHALLENGE
As an established global brand, Crocs already benefited from strong marketplace visibility and customer trust. The opportunity was to improve product evaluation at the point of purchase by replacing basic product imagery with a more informative visual experience. By introducing infographic-led listing images, richer lifestyle visuals, and a consistent content system, the project aimed to communicate key product benefits faster, reduce shopper uncertainty, and improve conversion.
DESIGN APPROACH
Crafting a Complete Product Story
A complete visual system was created to communicate the product beyond standard photography. Infographics, lifestyle imagery, and personalization-focused assets worked together to present features, benefits, and brand personality.

Mobile-first Typography
Font sizes, weights, and line breaks were optimized for readability on smaller screens, where the majority of Amazon customers browse.
Benefit-first Communication
Product features were translated into concise, icon-supported messages, enabling faster understanding with minimal cognitive effort.
Scalable Design System
Typography, iconography, spacing, and visual styles were standardized to create a cohesive design language across listing images and A+ Content.
